Michael W B Gibbs F.C.A. – President Mike Gibbs is President of Kensington Management Group, Ltd, and a past Chairman of the Insurance Managers’ Association of Cayman. Originally from London, England, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has over 25 years in the offshore financial industry, of which 4 years (1990-1994) were spent in Hong Kong and the balance in Cayman. Previously with Price Waterhouse, Bank of America and Marsh, Mike was instrumental in the 1999 establishment of Kensington.
	Erin Brosnihan C.A. - Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer Erin Brosnihan hails from Edmonton, Canada and has been in Cayman since 1999. After completing her contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers, she joined Kensington in 2001. Now, in addition to working alongside Mike to provide senior management oversight to Kensington’s clients, Erin also has responsibility for professional staff training and development, as well as being integral to quality and procedural enhancements.
	Keith Carter M.I.C.A. – Senior Vice President / Manager Operations & Technology After a 25+ year international career with Bank of America in the fields of technology, operations and compliance, of which 20 years were in Cayman, Keith joined Kensington in 2004 as Manager Operations and Technology. In addition to spearheading continuing systems and technology enhancements, Keith is also Kensington’s Compliance Officer and has oversight responsibility for Administrative Support personnel and operational processing.
